As a Senior Ecommerce & Digital Analyst, you are a digital expert who is obsessed with measuring, optimizing and driving online revenue. You manage the day-to-day reporting and site analytics across the entire digital marketing team, including maintaining our digital data model in Looker.
 

You’re someone who is curious and committed to keeping on top of new developments in digital technologies to help drive online sales. Someone with opinions, and the ability to express them. Someone who aspires to use their strategic expertise to help change people’s lives through travel. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate actionable business insights to influence website improvements and digital campaign effectiveness through data analysis, with the aim of increasing profitability and growth

  • Respond to ad hoc site analytics & sales requests from key stakeholders (UX, Paid Media, Brand, Regional Marketing)

  • Create e-commerce dashboards for tracking online activity across B2C, B2B sites and consumer-facing app

  • Develop digital analytics reporting for the Paid Media and Commercial teams, including campaign insights for campaign optimization and post mortems, in addition to conversion funnels

  • Act as the point person for measurement and analytics in digital projects 

  • Contribute to our Business Intelligence developer team by modelling data on all digital topics

  • Actively contribute to the Business Intelligence and Digital Teams in a collaborative and meaningful way that helps support, inspire, and motivate fellow colleagues 

  • Understand and become an expert in our industry, our business, our culture, and our customers, and use that knowledge to create effective, impactful, strategic, and shareworthy work

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or related experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital analytics

  • Skilled with online analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap)

  • Experienced working with Business Intelligence tools to create custom reporting (Looker preferred)

  • Intermediate SQL skills with a strong understanding of relational databases

  • Experience with LookML strongly preferred, otherwise an appetite to learn Looker’s SQL language

  • Experience with Salesforce and Clickup an asset

  • Solid knowledge and skills in acquisition marketing, digital marketing

  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models and ETL (extract, transform, load) data processes and connections to inform O2O (online offline) business strategies.
