This role implies certain levels of autonomy; thus, we expect a candidate to be a self-motivated specialist, being able to take personal ownership of problems and drive them to solutions. At the same time, you’ll be playing a vital role in our engineering process, and you’ll be often invited for code and architectural reviews.

We work with AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub, Github Actions, Terraform, PHP, Python, JavaScript, MySQL, MongoDB. And if you are excited to work in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!


Key responsibilities:

  • Be integral part of product development teams, and work closely with colleagues on launching new highly operable and performant systems into a cloud-native world
  • Ensure smooth operation of build and deploy workflows, production applications/workloads, and infrastructure
  • Define and implement monitoring and alerting to ensure visibility into systems’ health while avoiding alert fatigue; triage alerts, diagnose and resolve critical issues, perform root cause analysis, and remedy underlying causes
  • Identify and remediate security issues and vulnerabilities
  • Continuously improve processes and toolchain, which are in team’s ownership

Job Requirements:

  • Hands on experience in working with Amazon EKS, Kubernetes cluster, worker etc.
  • Experience build and managing orchestration, configuration, and provisioning automation with Kubernetes, and GitHub.
  • Experience in working on AWS and its services like AWS IAM, VPC, EC2, ECS, EBS, RDS, S3, Lambda, ELB, Auto Scaling, Route 53, Cloud Front, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, SQS, and SNS
  • Extensive experience with GitHub Actions to streamline CI/CD process.
  • Experienced in administration/maintenance of source control management (SCM) systems such as GitHub.
  • Experienced in Installing, upgrading and configuring Linux servers.
  • Experience with scripting languages, like Python, Groovy, Bash/Zsh

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of DevOps/deployment pipeline experience
  • 3+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud-based hosting solutions (AWS)
  • 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes
