As Senior Copywriter, English Content & Thought Leadership, you will be at the core of our strategic positioning and influence in English‑speaking markets. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Translating complex expertise and business issues into clear, credible, and value‑driven narratives tailored to English‑speaking audiences.

  • Collaborating closely with internal subject‑matter experts to develop relevant and differentiated editorial angles that support meaningful business conversations.

  • Ensuring content effectively supports business objectives and reinforces the organization’s credibility with targeted external audiences.

  • Upholding a strong and consistent brand voice in English, in partnership with the Practice Lead, and serving as a reference for editorial excellence.

  • Reviewing and optimizing English‑language content produced by the team to maximize clarity, impact, and alignment with brand standards.

  • Providing constructive editorial feedback to support continuous improvement of team practices.

  • Contributing to the effective activation of content across appropriate channels and formats, in collaboration with internal partners.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a university degree in a relevant field such as communications, journalism, linguistics, literature, marketing, or an equivalent discipline.

  • Brings 8+ years of experience in English writing, content strategy, or thought leadership, ideally in a B2B or corporate environment.

  • Demonstrates advanced expertise in English writing and professional editing; functional proficiency in French is a strong asset.

  • Is known for exceptional editorial rigor, sound professional judgment, and strong attention to detail.

  • Excels at simplifying complex topics and transforming them into clear, structured, and engaging narratives.

  • Shows autonomy, strong collaboration skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role requires daily writing, editing, and optimization of strategic content for external English‑speaking audiences and partners.

Why you’ll love working with us

  • A work environment where learning and development go hand in hand with a collective pursuit of excellence;

  • A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive environment where potential can be fully expressed and developed;

  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces;
