Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

Senior Consultant, Oracle Cloud HCM Talent & Learning - (U.S. or Canada)

Responsible for driving the design, configuration, and delivery of Talent Management and Learning workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post‑go‑live support. This role serves as a functional subject matter expert across Oracle Talent modules - such as Performance Management, Goals, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Review - as well as Oracle Learning, including learning catalogs, assignments, certifications, and compliance tracking. The lead partners closely with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to translate talent and learning strategies into scalable Oracle solutions aligned to best practices, while also facilitating design workshops, managing testing cycles, and resolving functional issues.

Additionally, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with Core HR and other HCM modules, supports reporting and analytics needs, and develops documentation and training materials, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery of talent development and workforce enablement solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users

  • 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision

  • Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

  • Canadian citizenship is required for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed.

The estimated base salary for this job is $120,000.00 - $145,000 (U.S.). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100 (U.S.). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
