About This Opportunity:


The Senior Brand Designer (Marketing) at Docebo will be responsible for leading and executing large design and branding projects that support the company’s marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Creative Director, you will ensure that Docebo’s brand is visualized consistently and compellingly across all published materials and media. You will collaborate with both internal teams and external agencies to bring the brand to life while maintaining high-quality design standards and driving the evolution of the brand's visual identity.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to visual brand design system: Work closely with the Senior Creative Director to evolve core visual elements, such as logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery styles to stay relevant and align with market trends and business growth.
  • Lead design projects: Take ownership of large design and branding projects, ensuring their successful completion while aligning with Docebo’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Creative Director to establish design goals and objectives that support Docebo’s branding. Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to visualize and execute the company’s new brand identity.
  • Brand consistency: Maintain corporate brand standards, ensuring consistency across all design materials and media.
  • Operationalize design delivery: Collaborate with the project manager and design team to implement an efficient system for delivering design projects on time and within scope.
  • Quality assurance: Review design projects for quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines, providing constructive feedback when necessary.
  • Innovation and improvement: Proactively seek ways to disrupt, improve, and evolve design processes, ensuring continuous improvement in the team’s output and workflow. Keep an eye on design and branding trends to ensure the brand stays fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Product integration: Stay up to date on product developments and updates, ensuring marketing collateral accurately reflects the product UI and showcases Docebo’s offerings at their best.
  • Deliver best-in-class assets: Ensure the delivery of high-quality creative assets that are visually compelling and aligned with Docebo’s brand vision and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a creative/design role, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or agency environments.
  • Proficient in brand design with a strong focus on narrative development and strategic brand positioning.
  • Experience in developing innovative and engaging creative concepts for customer experiences at events, with a focus on enhancing brand interaction and driving audience engagement.
  • Expertise in preparing and setting up files for print production, ensuring all specifications, color profiles, and file formats meet industry standards for high-quality output.
  • Experience in web design with a working knowledge of UI/UX principles and accessibility guidelines is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing multiple design projects in parallel, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong understanding of the design process, from brainstorming through to the final product.
  • A creative drive with the ability to conceptualize and clearly communicate design ideas.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present and advocate for design concepts and ideas.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (CS) and Figma, with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new software as needed.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
