  • Evaluate, implement and administer Atlassian AI capabilities (Atlassian Intelligence, Rovo) and advanced automation rules to streamline team workflows.
  • Design and facilitate training sessions for internal teams as needed.
  • Build custom dashboards and advanced filters to provide key metrics and progress reports to leadership and team members.
  • Lead the internal Atlassian steering committee, including setting agendas, taking meeting notes and tracking action items.
  • Develop, maintain and present the strategic road map for Atlassian initiatives.
  • Stay current with Atlassian product updates (Jira, Confluence) and administrative best practices.

What You Bring

  • Four or more years’ experience administering Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management and Confluence, with strong expertise in JQL (experience with Tempo an asset).
  • Two or more years’ experience developing custom scripts in Jira and automating workflows.
  • Two or more years’ experience building Jira and Tempo reports, custom filters and dashboards.
  • Two or more years’ experience installing and updating Jira plug-ins.
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian APIs.

  • Passion for digital media and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent prioritization skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Atlassian Administrator certification an asset.

Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.

We thank all applicants for their interest, but only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.

As part of our recruitment process, candidates who advance to the next

step will be asked to complete a background check. This includes:

  • A mandatory Criminal record check.

  • Other background checks may be conducted based on the operational requirements of the position.
