  • Identify variances, deliver actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 Practice Growth Enablement

  • Leverage data and insights and advanced modelling to uncover revenue growth levers such as optimizing provider schedules, chair utilization, or operating hours.

  • Identify business constraints and design strategies to remove bottlenecks, enhance performance, and scale growth across the network.

Operational Strategy & Implementation

  • Support the design, execution, and evaluation of initiatives that improve efficiency, standardization, and performance.

  • Develop operational playbooks, support pilot programs, and analyze rollout results.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to execute initiatives that create strategic value.

  • Work closely with field teams to ensure seamless execution of optimization plans.

  • Align implementation with strategic goals and ensure field feedback is integrated into ongoing improvements.

  • Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, and HR to align strategic objectives and share insights that drive coordinated action and organizational success.

Performance Insights & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track business performance across key metrics (revenue, labour productivity, provider utilization, scheduling compliance).

  • Conduct root cause analysis to explain performance trends and highlight opportunities for improvement.

What we’re looking for

  • Professional Experience: Proven success in operations, strategy, or analytics within dynamic, fast-paced environments. Experience managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect operational insights to broader business goals and identify high-impact opportunities.

  • Analytical Expertise: Advanced data analysis skills with strong attention to detail. Capable of uncovering trends and turning data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Problem Solving: Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at applying structured, practical approaches to solve complex problems.

  • Data Storytelling: Skilled at translating data into compelling narratives that influence decisions and drive action.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communicator with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Initiative and Ownership: Takes full accountability for deliverables and continuously seeks ways to improve processes and outcomes.

  • Adaptability: Thrives in changing environments, quickly learns and pivots based on evolving business needs.
