Through giving, volunteering, grantmaking, employee resource groups and micro-actions, we help most of the Fortune 100 brands build better cultures and use their power for good. We’re also one of the first B Corporations in Canada, meaning we’re as committed to purpose as we are to profits. We have people working all over the world, including Canada, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and more!

As a Senior Analyst, Global Money Movement (GMM) Finance, you will play a key role in supporting cross-functional initiatives that blend strategy and execution. Partnering closely with Product & FinOps leadership teams, you will help track success metrics, analyze the impact of initiatives on team performance, and provide core financial planning support. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, FinOps, and Go-to-Market teams to inform financial decisions and contribute to long-term value creation.

What you’ll do:

Strategic Planning & Modeling

  • Build and maintain financial models for our money movement business, translating business goals into measurable financial plans.

  • Analyze key business drivers and donation trends, leveraging AI -assisted tools to surface insights that inform business decisions.

  • Monitor and report on key payments metrics (e.g., DV, CSF, CAC, LTV, transaction volume, payment success rates), flagging trends or anomalies for review.

Cross-Functional Business Partnering

  • Work closely with the FP&A, Product and FinOps teams, contributing to financial planning cycles and supporting cross-functional priorities.

  • Act as a reliable finance resource for Product and FinOps teams, helping translate business needs into financial frameworks.

  • Support product roadmap evaluations and go-to-market analysis by building pricing models and contributing financial perspectives to cross-functional discussions.

  • Contribute analysis and financial framing to support investment prioritization discussions.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Assist in preparing management reporting packages, internal dashboards, and finance presentations; use AI tools to streamline report generation and data visualization.

  • Translate financial data into clear narratives for internal stakeholders, highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities in the money movement business.

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

  • Identify and support improvements to financial processes and reporting workflows, leveraging AI and automation tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

  • Support documentation and maintenance of financial controls, ensuring data integrity and consistent reporting standards.

  • Participate in the rollout and adoption of a new integrated business planning solution.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical finance role.

  • Proven ability to build financial models from scratch, including P&Ls and operating models, and translate outputs into clear, defensible recommendations for finance and non-finance stakeholders.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, or operations teams in a tech company or payments/fintech environment.

  • A curious, analytical mindset with the ability to break down ambiguous problems, synthesize data, and communicate findings clearly to non-finance audiences.

  • Eagerness to adopt AI tools to improve the quality and speed of financial work

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into concise narratives for diverse audiences.

  • Collaborative working style with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and build credibility through consistent, high-quality work.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required.

  • Experience in a SaaS or consumption-based business model and familiarity with modern financial planning tools (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan) are a plus.
