In this hybrid role, you’ll act as both a data analyst and a delivery account lead. You’ll organize, analyze, and visualize your customer’s data to drive high-value, high-impact marketing and business decisions. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Delivery Account Lead for assigned clients, acting as the primary owner of project coordination, internal team alignment, and execution oversight.
  • Lead regular client status meetings, ensuring updates are clear, priorities are tracked, and timelines are met.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends (tooling and strategic).
  • Perform client-facing tasks such as presenting insights or providing training.
  • Identify, gather, and analyze information from a variety of large, complex data sets to understand consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Gather measurement requirements from a variety of different stakeholders and determine how best to capture them.
  • Provide implementation guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc data analysis requests to answer business questions and enable effective decision making.
  • Work with internal and external teams to identify areas of opportunity to grow, increase profitability, and optimize program effectiveness.
  • Help define and implement analytics best practices and standard operating procedures by documenting work processes and making recommendations to improve current analytics capabilities.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and reporting and provide actionable recommendations in line with client goals.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to foster data-driven strategy and execution.
  • Own the delivery of work for your assigned clients, ensuring projects are executed on time and to standard.
  • Coordinate with analysts, data scientists, and technical stakeholders to align workstreams to client priorities.
  • Lead or support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, Monday.com boards, and status updates.
  • Proactively raise risks or blockers to the Delivery Director or Client Services team.
  • Ensure delivery processes are followed, QA standards are upheld, and meetings are well-prepared with clear agendas, ownership, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years experience in the digital analytics industry.
  • Professional Google Analytics experience and strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Professional experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Advanced experience with raw event analysis using SQL, especially with Google BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of tag management tools (GTM, Segment, Adobe Launch).
  • Experience with MMM frameworks like Google Meridian is an asset.
