Leads creative direction across digital, social, video, and brand campaigns while integrating generative AI into scalable design workflows. Develops concepts, prototypes, prompt libraries, and design systems; ensures brand consistency and quality of AI-generated content. Collaborates with data scientists, engineers, copywriters, animators, clients, and stakeholders. Presents visual strategies, mentors designers, explores emerging technologies, and promotes responsible AI use in creative production.

Lead client relationships and strategy for digital media campaigns. Oversee campaign design, media buying, ad operations, reporting, analytics, and daily performance. Act as primary client contact, run strategy/status meetings, and manage a team of Analysts to meet marketing objectives.

Lead design and delivery of cloud-based data architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines for marketing analytics. Advise clients, integrate marketing data, build and optimize pipelines and reusable models, ensure data quality/security, mentor team members, and align technical solutions to business goals.

Lead implementation of enterprise web and app measurement solutions, translating business needs into technical guides, performing QA, auditing analytics deployments, training stakeholders, and recommending scalable, maintainable analytics and tag management practices.

Serve as delivery lead and senior digital analyst for clients: gather measurement requirements, analyze large event datasets (BigQuery/SQL), build visualizations, present insights, guide implementations (GTM/Tag tools), coordinate cross-functional delivery, and ensure QA and on-time execution.
