We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Analyst, Compensation to play a critical role in the design, governance, and execution of compensation programs across the United States and Canada. Based out of our Oakville, ON office this role serves as a subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and business leaders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational strategy. This is a hybrid role 3 days/week on-site in Oakville.

The compensation for this position is between $81,300 and $101,600 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of compensation programs, including base pay, incentive, equity, and hourly wage programs.

• Serve as the primary lead for market pricing, conducting benchmarking analyses and recommending competitive pay ranges.

• Administer job architecture and job evaluation processes to ensure consistent leveling and internal equity.

• Lead pay equity audits for US and Canadian populations, identifying risks and recommending remediation strategies.

• Prepare and present compensation reports, dashboards, and insights for HR and leadership audiences.

• Provide wage costing and analytical support for collective bargaining negotiations.

• Develop complex compensation models, cost analyses, and scenario planning.

• Advise HR and business leaders on compensation decisions related to offers, promotions, retention, and organizational change.

• Monitor regulatory requirements and market trends to proactively enhance compensation programs.

• Partner with vendors and manage compensation tools and benchmarking platforms.

• Support implementation of new compensation tools, policies, and program enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

• CCP designation completed or in progress preferred.

• 5–7 years of progressive compensation experience, including exposure to US and Canadian markets.

• Strong knowledge of compensation legislation and pay equity requirements.

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with HRIS systems.

• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

• Bilingual English/French or English/Spanish is an asset.
