As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day project timelines, budgets, and executional details. Working under the direction of account leads, the Sr Account Manager will be a trusted advisor and partner to clients and internal teams. They have acute attention to detail and are in tune with tech news and trends.
Responsibilities:- Facilitate strategic projects and creative development, familiarizing with the deliverables, communicating to internal teams, working with strategic partners to build briefs or methodologies, scheduling and conducting all client meetings with clear agendas and next steps, managing quality of deliverables and adherence to client feedback, working with PM to build timelines, ensuring the successful delivery of final materials
- Responsible for the facilitation of multiple work streams through production and administration of client management
- Main point of contact for internal and external cross-agency teams from the conception of a project through completion
- Organize and maintain project details and back-up information
- Maintain project status reports and other internal and client-facing documents that track progress of work and financial administration
- Consistently meet the standards set for quality, productivity, and timeliness
- 5+ years of experience in facilitating creative process at a digital agency and/or product management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple projects at once with a high attention to detail
- A solutions-oriented approach with inherent curiosity
- Ability to hear pain points from clients and translate them into opportunities for the team to help support
- Ability to operate in a nimble and constantly evolving team environment
- An eagerness to learn and comfortable asking questions to enhance knowledge
- Foundational understanding of client financials and budget management
- Skilled communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with managing creative process including animation/video
- Experience with strategic research projects
