We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to work with multiple agile teams and support the coordination of global releases. This role will be responsible for coaching Scrum teams, facilitating the Scrum process, and driving continuous improvement.
The Scrum Master will work directly with the Product Owner (PO) and other Scrum teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

This role requires collaboration with onshore and offshore technology teams, QA, Scrum Masters, and key stakeholders (Business Units, Integration Teams, Executive Management). The Scrum Master will work with Business Analysts, Management, IT, QA, Development teams, and other business leaders to ensure effective communication and delivery.
The Scrum Master will support the successful implementation of projects, track and report on team progress, and guide teams through the adoption of agile methodologies to improve project outcomes.

  • Lead and Manage Scrum Teams: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for multiple Scrum teams across various time zones, ensuring teams follow Scrum practices.
  • Agile Coaching and Support: Coach and mentor Scrum teams in adopting and improving their use of Scrum, SAFe, and Lean practices to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Release Planning & Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of global releases, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple regions.
  • Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum-related ceremonies, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making within the teams.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Ensure that the Scrum teams align with business objectives and expectations by maintaining constant communication with Product Owners, managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor team progress, help remove blockers, and provide regular updates on team status, sprint progress, and any potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and working with the teams to address them.
  • Support Team Development: Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and help create an environment that encourages open communication and high performance.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues within the team and escalate where necessary to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
Certifications:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)
  • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) (Preferred)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with experience leading Scrum teams in an Agile environment.
  • Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with managing releases and collaborating across distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with agile tools (Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, MS PM tools).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Nice to have: Experience with people management, including mentoring, coaching, and guiding teams to reach their full potential.

Skills:

  • Expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and guiding teams to improve their agile practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and risk management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and a strong team dynamic across distributed teams.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Full time, Monday through Friday, with normal core business hours. Occasional nights and weekends may be required depending on project timelines.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position may have some responsibility for mentoring junior Scrum Masters and assisting teams with their growth and adoption of Agile practices.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required to various locations for team meetings, sprint planning sessions, and stakeholder interactions.
