We are looking for experienced Technology Project Managers with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in Agile methodologies, SAFe certification, and experience in the banking sector (Investment Banking preferred). The ideal candidate should have expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and experience working with business and technical stakeholders to drive system enhancements and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Work closely with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to align with Agile best practices.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions for system/process enhancements.
Agile & SAFe Implementation
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
- Participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, and sprint ceremonies to ensure business objectives are met.
- Ensure requirements are well-defined and communicated across cross-functional teams.
Banking & Investment Domain Expertise (Good to Have)
- Work on projects related to trading, risk management, payments, settlements, regulatory compliance, or portfolio management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on regulatory requirements, risk reporting, and financial transactions.
- Provide insights into banking workflows and industry best practices.
JIRA & Confluence Management
- Use JIRA to manage user stories, track project progress, and collaborate with technical teams.
- Maintain project documentation in Confluence, ensuring requirements and decisions are well-documented.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Users, Developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and Agile ceremonies to drive consensus and alignment.
- Provide status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management.
Show Us What You’ve Got
✔ 7-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in Banking/Investment Banking.
✔ SAFe Certified with strong Agile experience.
✔ Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
✔ Proficiency in JIRA & Confluence for documentation and project tracking.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in business process optimization.
✔ Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✔ Experience in regulatory and compliance projects is a plus.
