Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of end-to-end SAP solutions across business and technology domains. The architect will work closely with client stakeholders, business leaders, project teams, and SAP functional and technical experts to define solution roadmaps, architecture standards, and implementation strategies for SAP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end SAP solution architecture aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and solution assessments.
  • Design SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmaps and target architectures.
  • Provide architectural leadership across SAP business processes and integration landscapes.
  • Define system integration approaches involving SAP and non-SAP applications.
  • Ensure solution scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with SAP functional teams including FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, EWM, and SuccessFactors.
  • Lead fit-gap analysis, solution reviews, and architecture governance activities.
  • Guide data migration, master data, and integration strategies.
  • Review functional and technical specifications to ensure architectural compliance.
  • Support project estimations, solution proposals, and pre-sales activities.
  • Provide leadership during design, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
  • Mentor consultants, developers, and project teams on SAP best practices.
  • Maintain architecture documentation, standards, and reference models.

 

Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years in an SAP Solution Architect role.
  • Strong experience across multiple SAP modules and business processes.
  • Experience leading SAP implementation, migration, or transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture.
  • Experience designing enterprise integration solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to engage with executive and business leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect experience.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Fiori.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with SAP RISE migration programs.
  • SAP Architecture or SAP Professional certifications.
  • Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Transportation, Public Sector, or Financial Services industries.
