Lead multiple infrastructure and security transformation projects from initiation through operational handover. Manage plans, budgets, quality, risks, stakeholders, vendors, steering committees, and engineering teams across international regions. Facilitate client workshops, communicate technical risks to executives, oversee documentation and knowledge transfer, support presales opportunities, and improve PMO practices. Projects include firewall modernization, network access control, IPAM, observability, network source of truth, and Infrastructure as Code.

Lead the architecture and governance of end-to-end SAP solutions, including S/4HANA transformation roadmaps, integrations, data migration, and enterprise architecture standards. Facilitate workshops, assessments, fit-gap analyses, and solution reviews; guide implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and SAP functional teams, support proposals and pre-sales, maintain architecture documentation, and mentor consultants and project teams.
