We are looking for an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with strong Energy/Utilities domain experience to support an SAP implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP PM solutions covering asset maintenance, work management, preventive maintenance, and field service processes.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and implement SAP PM solutions based on business requirements.

- Measuring Points & Counters
- Support end-to-end SAP implementation activities.
- Work with business teams to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Coordinate with SAP MM, FI/CO, PS, and other functional teams for integration requirements.
- Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment.
- Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, and functional documentation.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP PM issues.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
- Energy, Power, Gas, Water, or Utilities
- Utility asset management
- Transmission & distribution assets
- Work order management
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Field maintenance operations
- Asset lifecycle management
- SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities integration
- 6+ years of SAP PM experience.
- Strong hands-on SAP PM configuration experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of maintenance business processes.
- Experience integrating SAP PM with MM, FI/CO, PS, and other SAP modules.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work in U.S. shifts and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.
