Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP NetWeaver Administrator to support a Platform Engineering team in maintaining and optimizing SAP environments. This is a net-new role focused on ensuring system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across complex technical infrastructures in a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage upcoming system changes and resolve scheduling conflicts
Maintain and update system support documentation, including changes from upgrades and redesigns
Install, maintain, and support complex SAP infrastructure, hardware, and system software components
Administer and tune SAP platforms to ensure high availability and optimal performance
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
Participate in on-call rotation for production support
Support rollout and implementation activities
Perform root cause analysis for service interruptions and implement preventive measures for complex projects

Qualifications

Experience with SAP HANA administration
Experience with SAP NetWeaver system administration
Experience managing SAP environments in public cloud platforms
Experience using scheduling tools to manage daily operational tasks
Experience working with SAP Solution Manager
