Your Role as a Salesforce Administrator:

Your experience as a Salesforce Administrator within the CRM Program Center of Expertise will allow you to be part of a high-performing, creative, and agile team. You will be responsible for the strategic and tactical execution of CRM deployments, support, and the proper evolution of the solution.

Your focus:

  • Configuring and managing user accounts, workflows, custom settings, dashboards, and reports to optimize organizational functions.
  • Ensuring the accurate and up-to-date documentation of our Salesforce solution and its various facets.
  • Spearheading end-to-end ticket management through coordination with our third-party Salesforce provider.
  • Driving data management and user experience by building insightful reports, dashboards, and list views.
  • Orchestrating the Ownbackup solution from setup to execution.
  • Monitoring performance of CRM deployments in diverse business sectors while delivering simple to complex solutions.
  • Collaboratively driving update management with stakeholders for efficiency.
  • Installing various managed packages in Salesforce instances.
  • Contributing to content strategy to boost user engagement and performing integration tests.

Is this you?

  • University degree in administration, IT, or relevant fields.
  • 2+ years in a business analyst or salesforce administrator role.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or other certifications are a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
  • Proven track record of configuring Salesforce for deployment or operational support projects.
  • Project management experience in small to large-scale projects in high-pressure environments.
  • Prior history in operationalizing CRM solutions.

Skills:

  • Problem-solving prowess and a drive to propel projects forward.
  • Mastery in prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • English required. French proficiency is a nice to have.
