Reporting to the Senior Manager - Business Optimization, this position is responsible for maintaining and improving OpenTable’s Salesforce architecture and supporting the Global Sales & Services team in its usage of SFDC. You will work with multiple Clouds/platforms and partner cross-functionally with several departments including Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Product to manage a complex Salesforce organization. You’ll be focused on customizing OpenTable’s Salesforce instance with a full understanding of options and standard processes.

Internal systems play a key role in the success of our business and our ability to provide excellent support for our restaurants and diners. This role will work closely with our Revenue Operations and Business Optimization teams to design and implement enhancements for existing systems and build new solutions that support the goals of the organization. In this role, you’ll consistently be asked to analyze, design, and optimize processes in order to increase user adoption and ultimately grow revenue. You’ll create documentation and materials as they pertain to various user types/groups, and will be instrumental in supporting and offering recommendations around the usage and structure of internal Sales & Services tools such as Service Cloud Voice, Geopointe, Calendly, and Groove.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner closely with the Revenue Operations team to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements into sprints, and communicate with partners about releases
  • Build strong working relationships and in-depth knowledge of our internal departments and their processes in order to identify areas of opportunity
  • Design new business processes that will improve operational efficiency across the organization
  • Support a team of remote Sales and Services team members who rely on SFDC daily to manage their customer interactions, territories, pipelines, and deals
  • Answer technical inquiries quickly and clearly every day
  • Support SFDC onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert and trusted advisor for all internal users, calling out issues as needed
  • Lead data stewardship efforts

Please apply if:

  • 3-5 years of Salesforce Admin experience (preferably in Lightning), with a focus on internal systems/business applications
  • Experience managing feature requests for Salesforce and advanced skills building Salesforce reports/dashboards
  • The ability to use advanced automations to solve complex business problems
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and their implications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Strong problem solving, judgment, and organizational skills
  • The capacity to grasp and learn complex concepts quickly and independently
  • The ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail and while consistently meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Enthusiasm around implementing technical solutions that make OpenTable employees more efficient

Required and preferred skills:

  • Advanced skills in creating complex Salesforce reports and dashboards (Lightning preferred)
  • Experience with Sales Cloud is required (Service and Experience Cloud is a plus)
  • Proficient in Excel, and managing large data sets (Data Loader preferred)
  • Ability to write clear, concise users stories and process changes/instructions
  • Experience in Agile development methodology (Agile/Scrum ninja is a plus)
  • Experience with Lucidchart or other design applications
  • Experience with system internationalization/localization
  • Experience with DocuSign is a plus
  • Experience with Sarbanes Oxley Compliance is a plus
  • Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and AI Specialist
  • Preferred Superbadges: Service Cloud Specialist, Business Administration Specialist, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, and/or Process Automation Specialist, Duplicate Management, Picklist Administration, Build a Discount Approval Process, Formulas & Validations

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Canada located role is 80,000-90,000 CAD

In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
