As a successful candidate, you would lead the successful design, implementation, and adoption of Salesforce for a new line of business, including migration from the legacy CRM, while establishing scalable administration, governance, automation, and data-quality practices for ongoing operations. This role will support sales, compliance/risk, and customer operations teams by ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, user adoption, and regulatory alignment.
- Translate business requirements and existing CRM processes into scalable Salesforce solutions while identifying opportunities to improve or re-engineer existing processes
- Define data models, field mappings, workflows, automation, security, and business processes required for the new implementation
- Develop migration plans, testing strategies, deployment processes, and validation procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity
- Develop a strong understanding of business processes, Salesforce capabilities, system architecture, and integrations to guide solution design and ensure the platform supports operational needs
- Design scalable, maintainable solutions that support both current operations and future business growth
- Design, build, and maintain complex Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, permissions, and security
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including users, roles, profiles, access, sandboxes, deployments, and change management
- Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, approval processes, validation rules, notifications, and other declarative tools to reduce manual effort and improve process consistency
- Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation across business functions
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience with Salesforce as an administrator
- Proven experience leading CRM migrations and Salesforce implementations
- Strong Salesforce administration and configuration experience, including Flow, automation, security, data management, and declarative tools
- Experience designing Salesforce solutions for new business lines, departments, or operational functions from the ground up
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, data migration, data cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation
- Working knowledge of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex, triggers, APIs, and when to engage developers for custom solutions
- Strong understanding of business process design, systems integration, data management, and platform governance
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a Salesforce implementation from discovery through go-live and ongoing optimization
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders, process owners, support teams, developers, and external vendors
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud certification preferred
- Experience with APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with ETL and integration tools such as MuleSoft, Talend, Data Loader, or equivalent data-migration platforms
- Proven experience with Slack administration, Slack-Salesforce integration, or user-support workflows involving Slack
- Experience Service Cloud (support team)
- SQL or data analysis skills
- Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (AML, KYC, SOC 2, GDPR)
