Position Profile:
We are seeking a Salesforce Admin Intern to support our B2B segment application (Salesforce) with product maintenance and data flow management. This role offers hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, process automation, and data management, making it an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience in CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update product price lists within Salesforce.

Design and build Salesforce Flows to automate business processes, including:

Assigning territories to accounts.

Sending email communications using predefined templates.

Support data integrity and ensure smooth data flow within Salesforce.

Assist with troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Information Systems, or a related field.

Basic understanding of Salesforce Administration

Familiarity with Salesforce Flow Builder for automation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
