About The Role

 

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Resource Administrator to be a key support partner to our regional sales enablement team. This role is perfect for a candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and wants to make an impact! It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to get their start in a sales and marketing position in a support capacity.  Superior people, organizational, communication, and analytical skills are essential for this position.

This is a hybrid role based out of the 130 King St W office, reporting to the Assistant Vice President, SRM for Ontario Region.

 

What You’ll Do

Support the Chief Sales Office (CSO) Team

  • Provide ongoing assistance and support to colleagues using various sales tools and resources including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) support, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Support SRM and Marketing teams on digital marketing email campaigns using Dynamics 365 marketing automation to support sales and client engagement
  • Provide support and assistance of the HUB Intranet Seismic
  • Support SRM with coordination and logistics of sales meetings, sales training sessions, sales conferences, and other sales events, including preparation, ordering promotional marketing supplies, etc.
  • Research, recommend, and implement special projects and/or initiatives as required by the CSO or other team members
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Resource Managers on all aspects of sales enablement
  • Data management and analysis which includes preparation of various monthly sales reports for Leadership Teams
  • Coordinate and prepare content for internal and external meetings where required including booking locations, organizing conference calls, technical setup, and troubleshooting

Support Sales Team Members

  • Support HUB brand requests when required including logo distribution, collateral creation and edits, and new business presentations in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Manage requests from colleagues for HUB banners and tradeshow support
  • Manage and direct internal and external referrals from colleagues, trade shows, and website referrals and engage appropriate HUB sales contact
  • Support SRM and Sales Leaders with the development of prospect campaigns and validate prospects lists and provide administrative support to the Chief Sales Officer, Strategic Resource Managers, and Regional Sales Leaders
  • Design and execute digital marketing and email campaigns to support sales and client engagement
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally to achieve the goals of the CSO Team and the organization

 

What You’ll Need for Success

  • Prior experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in a sales/marketing support role is a plus
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills when dealing with internal clients
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookup, graphs), PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong collaborator, with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker, driven to learn and be resourceful
  • Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Must excel in a multi-deadline, fast-paced environment; excellent organizational skills to effectively prioritize daily activities
  • Technically savvy, ability to learn new software/systems quickly and easily

The expected salary range for this position is $49,000-$58,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
