Support the Surety practice by preparing and processing surety bond documentation, answering client queries, uploading documents and setting up electronic client files in Epic, maintaining abeyance tracking, and assisting Account Managers with client service and administrative duties.

The role involves supporting account workflows, serving clients, preparing documents, processing transactions, and building client relationships in commercial lines.

Support corporate secretarial and entity management for U.S. and Canadian entities: maintain minute books, prepare resolutions and meeting materials, assist with amalgamations and corporate filings, conduct legal research, perform project management and administrative tasks, and support attorneys and senior paralegals.

Process incoming life insurance new business daily: enter applications and policies into the insurance database, verify client and policy details, order medical requirements, attach scanned documents, ensure correct broker coding, follow NIGO procedures, maintain database updates, and support regional offices through cross-training and compliance with corporate procedures.
