About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled & enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our diverse and dynamic Sales Team in driving  business growth opportunities for specific product lines.

This is a hybrid position, qualified applicants across Canada are encouraged to apply, however preferential consideration may be given to candidates who can report to our Toronto office 2-3 times per week on average.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of sales cycles for a dedicated set of products and services
  • Handling of Inbound leads generated from marketing and referral sources
  • Prospecting and hunting for new opportunities and new potential clients and deals
  • Strategic prospecting, calling emailing and social outreach of new prospects with the goal of booking technical meetings 
  • Following up on legacy leads
  • Completing technical demonstrations for clients and prospects
  • Reporting to the VP of Sales on targets, progress, pipeline, goals, and achievements using Hubspot CRM platform


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Comfortable engaging clients through a variety of mediums; including phone calls and emails
  • Can effectively communicate sales material and important information to clients while remaining enthusiastic and personable
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Able to effectively use company platforms & databases
  • Fluent in English, ability to speak French is an asset


Essential Qualifications:

  • A relevant post secondary degree in Business Development, Economics or a similar discipline
  • At least one year of workplace experience with strategic prospecting and/or lead generation
  • Currently residing in Canada, legally entitled to work in Ontario, Canada


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workplace experience in the Property Management/Rental Property management industries
  • Workplace experience with international strategic prospecting
  • Workplace experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
  • Able to report to our Toronto office for 2-3 working days per week. 
  • Passionate about Data
