We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Strategy & Operations Team. This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting our Sales teams. This role focuses on optimizing sales processes, providing strategic insights and leveraging data and automation to accelerate growth. To be successful in this role, you will have experience working cross functionally, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and hold a curiosity for problem solving, as well as have an ability to use data to drive insights, strategic direction and decisions.
What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day management of tools across the sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, sequencing platforms, data providers, analytics platforms), build workflows and automations and be first troubleshoot issues
  • Optimize our lead generation, routing, and conversion systems
  • Analyze funnel performance, provide data-driven strategic insights to sales leadership and implement prioritized strategies
  • Analyze sales channel/campaign performance and identify areas for improvement (eg. A/B messaging, targeting, and sequences)
  • Create dashboards and reporting systems to track KPIs, such as acquisition, conversion, activation, and revenue using Salesforce, G-sheets or Snowflake
  • Collaborate with sales reps and managers to gather feedback and improve workflows
  • Research and leverage new tools, trends, and AI solutions to enhance sales team performance

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Data Science Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical or operational role within a SaaS organization supporting sales, marketing, or growth (e.g., sales ops, solutions engineering, growth engineering)
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce is a bonus) with experience pulling reports, building dashboards and looking at metrics
  • A proactive, ownership mindset: the ability to identify problems and drive solutions without waiting for instruction
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to understand the “why” and not just the “what”. Comfort working with data (Excel/G-sheets)
  • Ability to lead data analysis for sales leaders & provide clear recommendations. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with SQL, Python, APIs, data pipelines,system integrations, ChatGPT, Gemini and/or Claude
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships and tools 
  • Experience building AI tools or bots

As part of Ontario’s Pay Transparency requirements, TouchBistro is committed to open and equitable compensation practices. Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth. The final offer amount for this role will depend on geographical region, applicable experience, and the skillset of the candidate.

Salary is based on relevant skills, experience, and internal equity. This posting reflects an existing vacancy. Artificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used to support parts of the recruitment and selection process; however, all hiring decisions are made by our hiring managers and recruitment team.

Salary Range
$65,000$75,000 CAD
