Guide product updates, troubleshoot device and software issues by phone/video/chat, identify at-risk accounts, coordinate internal escalations, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and meet engagement, retention, and quality metrics while delivering strong customer service.

Perform marketing and growth analytics across the full customer funnel, linking acquisition to revenue and retention. Build lifecycle insights, pricing and GTM models, dashboards, and reports. Translate analysis into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to improve activation, adoption, upsell, and long-term retention.
