TouchBistro is a leading all-in-one restaurant management platform helping restaurateurs globally streamline operations, increase revenue, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We're looking for a Marketing Strategy Analyst who is equally comfortable diving deep into data and translating what they find into clear, actionable insights – someone who spots a trend, forms a hypothesis, and knows which conversation to have next to pressure-test it. You'll be embedded in the marketing team – a key analytical partner who helps us make smarter decisions across the full customer journey, from how prospects discover and convert with TouchBistro, through to how customers adopt our product, and stay with us long-term.

What You'll Do

  • Growth Analysis: Analyze performance across the full customer funnel – from channel-level acquisition efficiency (lead quality, revenue and payback per source) to downstream activation and adoption. Identify which channels and segments generate the highest-quality customers by revenue and long-term usage and build models that connect marketing investment to business outcomes.
  • Lifecycle Insights: Analyze customer activation, engagement, and product adoption to identify where customers succeed or fall off. Surface behavioral signals that correlate with strong retention and translate findings into actionable recommendations for lifecycle marketing programs and onboarding improvements.
  • Pricing & GTM Strategy: Analyze pricing and packaging performance – including bundle effectiveness, promotional impact, and revenue trends across segments. Support Product Marketing with pre-launch modeling and post-launch measurement, and surface upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on usage and adoption data.
  • Reporting & Frameworks: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models that provide clear visibility into marketing performance. Translate complex analysis into concise, decision-ready summaries for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or business intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to connect acquisition data to downstream revenue outcomes, not just top-of-funnel metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI; working knowledge of SQL and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills – you can build a rigorous analysis and make it land with an audience who wasn't in the weeds with you.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with pricing analysis or go-to-market measurement.
  • Experience supporting cross functional teams i.e. Product Marketing, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations teams.
  • Background in SaaS, hospitality technology, fintech, or subscription-based businesses.
