About the Role

Uber for Business (U4B) is looking for a Sales Operations Lead, Group Mobility to serve as the strategic Sales Operations partner for our Group Mobility business.
 

This role will partner closely with Group Mobility Sales and business leadership to drive GTM strategy, improve sales effectiveness, and ensure the business has the processes, insights, and operating mechanisms needed to scale. You will own key Sales Operations activities across planning, forecasting, pipeline management, sales performance, territory and account strategy, and broader GTM initiatives for the global Group Mobility business.
 

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who combines strong business acumen, stakeholder management and sales strategy knowledge, with analytical and operational capabilities. You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, bringing structure to ambiguous problems, and translating business priorities into practical solutions for Sales.
 

What You’ll Do 

  • Serve as the primary Sales Operations partner to Group Mobility Sales leadership, providing strategic and operational support across the business.
  • Partner with Sales and business leaders to develop and operationalize GTM strategies that support growth and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Own and continuously improve the rhythm of the business, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews, performance reporting, and leadership cadences.
  • Drive annual and ongoing sales planning, including territory and account design, books of business, quota and capacity planning, and coverage strategy.
  • Analyze business and sales performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline generation, progression, conversion, and overall sales productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve how Group Mobility sells and operates, partnering across Sales, Finance, Compensation,
  • Enablement, Revenue Technology, Analytics, Product, and other RevOps teams.
  • Evaluate existing sales processes and operating models, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Support the launch and operationalization of new GTM motions, products, markets, or strategic initiatives within Group Mobility.
  • Develop clear, executive-ready recommendations and communications that enable effective decision-making.
     

Basic Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Management Consulting, Sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, territories, account management, quotas, and sales performance.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizational environments.
  • Experience working with CRM and sales reporting tools, ideally Salesforce.
     

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting an enterprise or B2B sales organization in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Experience with territory design, sales planning, compensation, forecasting, and/or sales performance management.
  • Track record of developing or improving GTM strategies and operating models.
  • Experience partnering with senior Sales and business leaders.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and a high degree of ambiguity.

Responsibilities

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD $123,000 per year - CAD $137,000 per year.

You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
