PagerDuty seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will work with the sales operations team to identify and explore opportunities for sales process improvements, help drive enablement efforts, and provide deal support to our global sales teams by assisting with manual order forms, troubleshooting issues, system updates, and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to drive special projects in data quality assurance across crucial areas of our sales team. The ideal candidate will bring practical, clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, effectively multitask, and prioritize in a dynamic environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • To quickly become an expert and provide global front-line support for sales systems and data, especially in Salesforce.com. 
  • Intake, triage, and completion of Sales Operations SFDC Case queue.  This includes offering process improvements and documenting various case scenarios.
  • Develop relationships with our global sales teams to become a trusted SME on specific tools and processes.
  • Support finance in regular revenue reconciliation efforts
  • Ability to build and run complex reports and dashboards in SFDC and provide analysis 
  • Recommend to management and team on ways to improve and scale existing processes
  • Proactively communicates work priorities and status updates to management and team
  • Effective customer service and communication skills within their internal team, as well as capable communication skills, are shown with cross-functional teams. 
  • Perform project work as needed.}

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/BA Degree or three years of corporate experience
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and a ticket management system (SFDC Cases, Jira, etc.)
  • Experience with quote-to-cash process, quoting tools (like CPQ)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent English speaking, communication, and writing skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Practical, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail, follow through, and strong analytical thinking.
  • High level of integrity & dependability with a strong sense of urgency
  • Demonstrates Sales Empathy
  • Ability to operate in a hyper-growth environment with moderate supervision.
  • Experience working for a SaaS company is highly preferred.
  • Experience with AWS Marketplace is preferred but not required
  • Availability to work 2 days a week in Pacific Time (PT) schedule: Fall-Winter: 3 hours apart/ Spring-Summer 5 hours apart.
