What is it like to be a Sales Experience Specialist at Northbridge Financial

The Sales Experience Specialist is responsible for optimizing our Broker Experience Program, supporting all broker feedback programs, enhancing data reporting and driving continuous improvements across all broker touch points. You will also monitor, analyze and manage key sales performance metrics and broker results to drive growth, accountability and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will blend insurance expertise, analytics and a customer first mindset to ensure seamless broker interactions and actionable insights.

In this role, you will have ownership of improving our broker experience utilizing data and reporting to continue the growth of our customer focused experience.

If you are great at:

  • Managing and improving our broker experience with Northbridge.
  • Creating engaging broker touchpoints to gather valuable feedback
  • Having a strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
  • Utilizing subject matter expertise to implement improvements to increase broker satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear, engaging messaging
  • Having a natural curiosity to implement new technologies to improve processes and workflows
  • Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership while leading and facilitating regional touchpoint with key stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player, who works well across departments and functions
  • Developing and managing sales tools and pipeline reports to identify opportunities, promote growth, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Championing best practices that promote an industry leading broker experience

If you have:

  • Post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in system optimization, survey design, customer experience or analytics
  • Proven track record in enterprise system deployment and change management
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics & Microsoft Office particularly Excel & PowerPoint

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $68,000 - $102,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
