The Sales Enablement & Training Consultant supports the sales and onboarding teams to deliver timely and effective demonstrations, training and consulting to both existing Treasury and Payment Solutions clients and prospects via 1-1, webinar or on-site engagements. The Sales Enablement & Training Consultant also partners with learning colleagues to deliver learning in support of the business/group strategy. 

  • Works collaboratively with clients, sales, onboarding, and other stakeholder groups to identify needs and opportunities and deliver an effective technology demonstration or training program to clients
  • Develops, promotes and maintains learning solutions for clients, performing periodic reviews, analyzing program outcomes, providing insights, and making recommendations for enhancements and changes; facilitates learning courses and programs.
  • Supports the development of the client learning strategy, ensuring that key goals are delivered and are aligned to overall BMO goals.
  • Reviews learning programs for effectiveness, continuously monitoring industry developments and updating programs as required to ensure they are competitive and effective.
  • Acts as the voice of the customer by providing advice and guidance to assigned business/group during both development and maintenance of solutions, ensuring products and solutions remain competitive and continue to address client needs.
  • Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide program insights and recommendations.
  • Manages a variety of projects, initiatives and platforms/mediums to support the execution of business strategies according to required timelines and budgets while maintaining a high level quality in all output.
  • Participates in the management of vendor relationships; ensures regular reviews are in place, key performance indicators are monitored, service level agreements are met, and service costs are kept within budget.
  • Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensures alignment between stakeholders.
  • Focus is primarily on supporting clients, however, supports internal learning needs as required.
  • Works independently on a range of complex tasks and regularly handles non-routine situations.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years exposure to the bank with comprehensive knowledge of treasury, payments and commercial businesses
  • Broad knowledge of Banking products, services, organization and banking group interrelationships
  • Technology training experience required.

  • Training/facilitation – Ability to conduct demos and training sessions remotely to one or multiple customers, adapting content and delivery based on the audience – In-depth

You're fluent in French and English to support business operations outside the province of Quebec.

Salary:

$54,500.00 - $101,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
