Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitate client technology onboardings and setups, ensuring smooth transitions and effective integration into our systems 
  • Support the sales enablement team by providing necessary materials and information 
  • Verify and organize client data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Provide ongoing support and training for clients to enhance their understanding of our technology and processes
  • Understand outbound sales strategies and how to synthesise data and information into effective contact strategies 
  • Address challenges with creativity and resourcefulness, using various tools and resourcesAdhere to project timelines and established guidelines
  • Adhere to project timelines and established guidelines
  • Deliver new hire training on the tech stack, sales processes, and best practices
  • Provide list building support, assisting the team in generating and maintaining targeted lists for outreach and sales campaigns
  • Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as they arise, adapting to evolving business demands

About You

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a keen desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
  • Eager to learn and adept at seeking answers independently
  • Strong time management and note-taking skills, with the ability to read between the lines
  • Adaptable & able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-oriented environment

Your Qualifications

  • Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft applications 
  • Basic knowledge of Python or willingness to learn, other coding languages would be an asset 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver above expectations
  • Intuitive and able to find necessary information quickly
  • Great at delivering above expectations

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with web scraping and manual data research 
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and techniques 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
