The Role
Square is looking for an impactful member of Sales to join our team to help execute a strategic initiative to help onboard and ramp newly hired employees. As we continue to evolve and scale our sales organization, it's important that we invest in our new hires to help them become successful long term by contributing early and being consistent within their first year. You will be responsible for the hired members coming out of training and focused on helping develop and set them up for success. New reps whether internally or externally that join our organization are a critical part of our growth and long-term success.
You will work with the Sales Leadership and the Enablement team to build a program that will coach and ramp a newly hired employee after their initial training with our Onboarding team. Your goal will be to ensure all new reps understand the product, tools, sales process, and our organization so they can come out of their ramping period and become immediate contributors to our organization. You will report directly to the Head of Field Sales.
Frequent travel is required for the position.

You Will
- Work with the Head of Field Sales to help support our Ramp programs
- Provide regular coaching, feedback and professional development for our newly hired Territory Account Executive (TAEs)
- Assist Sales Leadership with tracking daily, weekly and monthly performance of the sales individuals while they are ramping
- Provide reporting on pipeline, conversion rates, KPIs and activity to the sales leadership team and managers
- Develop training materials and document workflows and best practices for the Field Sales team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Operations, HR, Talent, Enablement, etc
You Have
- 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of excellence
- Sales leadership experience is a plus
- Expert in sales process and methodology, Salesforce and other sales tools/products to improve productivity
- Experience effectively implementing training
- Ability to identify coaching opportunities and improve behaviors with data
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work fast & smart independently
- Bachelor's degree required
This position would be based out of the United States. They will report directly to the Head of Field Sales.
