  • Forecasting & Analytics: Analyze your sales territories and provide accurate, real-time insights using our Sales CRM system for executive forecasting.

  • Market Expertise: Keep strictly up-to-date with our services, industry trends, and our competitors, representing Berkeley Payment positively while positioning our unique competitive advantages.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Create new sales tools and provide issue management and executive oversight during the onboarding of new prospect clients to ensure a positive experience and secure future repeat business.

  • Travel: Undertake occasional travel for high-value prospects or critical internal meeting requirements.

Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following core competencies and qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant, highly successful B2B sales experience, preferably in Fintech, money movement, card issuing solutions, or related fields.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of utilizing CRM software, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn as part of a disciplined sales process.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural inclination for selling and high social intelligence.

  • Work Ethic: Motivated self-starter who is dedicated, resourceful, and operates with the highest level of integrity. Research-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Healthcare: Comprehensive health, dental, and extended health care insurance benefits available.

  • Flexibility: A fully remote work environment (Monday to Friday schedule) allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.

  • Culture: The opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation, bespoke solutions, and global capabilities in the rapidly expanding embedded payments space.
