Your role as Sales Development Representative

Reporting to Manager, Sales Development, you will contribute to the mission of the Sales Development Representative by executing top-of-funnel activities and creating meaningful opportunities to help fuel the sales team’s pipeline.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Cold calling volume of 80 calls per day with the intent to qualify key leads
  • Hunting for new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
  • Conducting high-level conversations with HR managers, executives, and business owners in prospect accounts
  • Creating a great first impression to prospects and customers by providing an unrivaled experience
  • Achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, pipeline attribution and closed business

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A long-term interest in a client-facing sales career
  • The drive to connect over the phone, grow your digital presence, and stay adaptable in a fast-changing environment
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the health and wellness industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (bilingualism an asset)
  • Experience in selling private healthcare services to HR departments to companies is a huge plus
