Job Summary:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and building a robust sales pipeline.

Your primary responsibilities will be to identify and engage target accounts, qualify leads, and contribute to expanding our funnel through the identification of new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented individual with a knack for building relationships, a deep understanding of sales processes and experience in a B2B sales environment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Target Accounts Identification:

  • Research and analyze potential target accounts to build a list of high-value prospects.

  • Utilize various tools and resources to gather insights and understand market needs.

Qualify Leads:

  • Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media.

  • Assess and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

Build Sales Pipeline:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential leads and prospects.

  • Track and report on lead generation efforts and sales activities to ensure pipeline growth and accurate forecasting.

Collaborate with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

  • Share insights and feedback to help refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Nurture Relationships:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.

  • Understand their pain points and business challenges to effectively position our solutions.

Stay Informed:

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market demands

Experience / Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a tech-centric environment. Prior experience as an SDR or in a similar role is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and lead generation tools.

Understanding of sales processes and techniques
