Responsibilities
  • Expand Guesty’s client base across North America.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound engagement.
  • Identify stakeholder pain points, gather business and technical requirements, and evaluate fit for Guesty’s solutions.
  • Conduct lead generation and qualification activities while following established processes and best practices.
  • Clearly communicate Guesty’s value proposition, platform capabilities, and business impact.
  • Consistently achieve sales qualified lead targets and performance goals.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of the hospitality and short-term rental industry, Guesty’s product suite, competitive landscape, and customer use cases.
  • Maintain accurate prospect activity and pipeline updates in Salesforce, HubSpot, and SalesLoft.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities with clear discovery notes and next steps.
Requirements
  • Entry-level role. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated to break into tech sales and grow within a high-performing organization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Competitive mindset with strong work ethic and coachability.
