At Key Media, you’ll support our commercial teams by generating high‑quality meetings with senior decision‑makers, helping fuel media and sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of innovative B2B publications and events. This is a fast‑paced, high‑impact opportunity ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals looking to break into sales.

We’re a thriving global media business with teams across Australia, Canada, the US, the UK, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe. Based in Toronto, you’ll collaborate with experienced sales professionals and gain exposure to a truly international organisation.

About the Opportunity

This is a 3‑month contract role (with possible extension) focused on new business meeting generation during a key commercial period. You’ll work closely with senior sales reps to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients, booking meetings that directly contribute to revenue growth.

You’ll have the autonomy to:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities across key markets
  • Conduct outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to engage decision‑makers
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for senior sales representatives
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads during a critical sales window
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to refine outreach and targeting strategies

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generating new business meetings to support sponsorship sales across North America
  • Conducting high‑volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Engaging and qualifying prospective clients to identify strong commercial opportunities
  • Booking meetings for senior sales reps with qualified decision‑makers
  • Working toward clear daily and weekly activity and booking targets
  • Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate pipeline and activity data
