The Sales Consultant will close sales, generate leads, conduct consultations, and guide purchasers through the sales process while meeting targets and utilizing CRM tools.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Master our training program and follow our proven processes for success.
- Close sales and crush targets – every deal you land drives your income higher.
- Generate leads and build relationships with brokers, sales agents, and purchasers consistently – no opportunities left behind.
- Conduct consultations and tours with purchasers, brokers and agents with professionalism and confidence.
- Own the pre-construction sales process, from first contact to signed agreements.
- Guide purchasers through the pre-construction sales process while upholding our service standards.
- Attend regular team huddles with full engagement.
- Master our CRM and sales tools to track your pipeline and keep deals moving.
What You Bring:
- A relentless, hunter’s mindset – you chase opportunities and don’t wait for them to come to you.
- Proven closing ability (pre-construction experience is a plus, but not mandatory if you can sell).
- Willingness to build and maintain expertise in the condo market, financing and GTHA communities.
- Strong negotiation skills to deliver the best results for purchasers and Adi.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with people.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and put in the hours needed to close deals.
- Real estate license not required.
