Here’s what you’ll deliver:

  • Selling and leasing new vehicles in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.
  • Providing exceptional service to visiting customers.
  • Building long-lasting relationships and repeat customers.
  • Learn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebate, finance and incentive programs.
  • Keep abreast of new equipment, features and tools available and recommend purchases.
  • Account for all documents; ensure that none are missing.
  • Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

  • A minimum of 1 year of Automotive sales experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Strong customer relations skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills; digital and social media experience an asset.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Must have a valid OMVIC license or be willing to attain an OMVIC license.
  • Must have the ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.
  • Conduct sales in adherence to Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) rules and regulations.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected annual earnings): $50,000 - $90,000 per year. This is a 100% commission role with no base salary. The range reflects historical earnings at this dealership; actual earnings vary based on individual performance and business volumes.

Minimum earnings: In accordance with the Employment Standards Act, commission-paid employees will be paid at least the applicable Ontario minimum wage for all hours worked. Any minimum-wage top-up paid may be reconciled quarterly in accordance with the compensation plan.
