Support sales operations by processing in-warranty and dealer orders, VIP orders, and responding to online marketplace messages, dealer emails, and phone calls. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Requires strong organization, time management, reliability, and excellent written and oral customer service; bilingual English/French is a plus.
Your Responsibilities
- Process in-warranty claims
- Process VIP orders
- Respond to online marketplace customer messages
- Process Dealer Orders
- Reply to dealer emails
- Receive dealer phone calls
- Any additional tasks as assigned by the sales back office supervisor

- Excellent customer service communicator (written and oral)
- Highly reliable
- Flexible availability to work weeks when needed
