Your place in our story

The Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting successful home sales operations by ensuring customer interactions and documentation are handled efficiently, accurately, and warmly. This position supports sales representatives and management with both administrative and client-facing responsibilities to help deliver a seamless homebuyer experience.

 

  • Here’s how you’ll contribute 

  • Answer telephones and handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Welcome and greet all visitors to the Sales Centre, creating a positive first impression

  • Prepare sales documents, including Agreements of Purchase and Sale (APS) prior to scheduled appointments

  • Review all sales files for accuracy

  • return to sales representatives for correction

  • conduct final review and forward to Head Office

  • Maintain customer databases and update marketing and sales reports as required

  • Conduct weekly inspections to ensure the Sales Centre and model homes remain neat, clean, and well-presented

  • Prepare amendments for sales representatives’ follow-up with customers

  • Maintain specific tracking reports for the Sales Office to advise management of outstanding action items

  • Manage filing systems and maintain inventory of office supplies

  • Enter data accurately into traffic forms

  • Support management and sales representatives with administrative and sales-related tasks

  • Assist in setup of new Sales Centres

  • Perform other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job as requested by management

  • High school diploma required

  • college diploma in Office Administration is an asset

  • 1–3 years of relevant office, real estate, or customer service experience, or equivalent combination of experience and skills

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry an asset

  • Positive attitude, customer-focused, and a team player

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Proactive and willing to contribute to process improvements

 

Hiring pay range rate: $45,000 - $55,000
