Provide market, demographic, and economic research for multi-residential rental investments. Analyze rental trends and competitors, prepare reports, develop revenue assumptions for underwriting, and support acquisition and development decisions.

Lead Salesforce platform architecture, design, development, and integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Build custom Apex, LWC, flows, APIs; manage CI/CD and DevOps, ensure data quality/security, mentor juniors, run platform health checks, and collaborate with stakeholders in Agile delivery.

Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and customer journeys. Build audience segmentation, maintain data integrity, troubleshoot automations, monitor deliverability, and provide platform expertise, training, and cross-functional support to drive engagement and conversion.

Lead a hybrid engineering and data platform team to build scalable software and data infrastructure. Oversee Power Platform deployments, data architecture, governance and compliance (GDPR/HIPAA), BI/analytics, DevOps automation, and integration of AI/LLM and agentic solutions to drive intelligent automation and platform scalability.

Support financial analysis across the development lifecycle from land acquisition to warranty. Prepare proformas, budgets, cash flow projections, variance reports, partner reports, and assist with joint-venture reporting and cost control initiatives.

Handle inbound rental inquiries via phone, email and live-chat; record leads in the ERP; interview prospects, schedule showings, facilitate applications, and meet monthly leasing targets. Develop property knowledge, provide feedback on incentives and rates, assist with tours as needed, and perform occasional quarterly site visits. Availability evenings and weekends required.
