The Sales Administration plays a key role in supporting day-to-day customer service operations across the Americas, acting as a primary point of contact for both customers and internal commercial teams. This position is responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and supporting end-to-end order management activities to ensure service level commitments, order accuracy, and revenue objectives are met. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Logistics, IT, Business Analysts, and Sales to investigate inquiries, resolve issues, and drive timely, effective solutions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable managing a wide range of order and service-related requests in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and wear multiple hats as needed.
This position reports to the Manager, Order Management and is part of the Order Management Team located in Concord, Canada and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Deliver concierge-style customer service by handling basic inquiries, managing correspondence via phone and email, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple requests and priorities while assisting with parts orders, quotations, order status, and required documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address order discrepancies and resolve non-standard situations within established guidelines. Collaborate with Sales, Field Service, COBS and Operations to support order workflows and help resolve routine issues.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Requires the knowledge and skills generally acquired through completing an Associate Arts (A.A) degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years of customer service or related experience inluding prior experience in heavy Call Center.
- Ability to work 10:00am - 6:00pm EST shift
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Ability to review, interpret, and apply quotes, purchase orders, customer terms and conditions and internal procedures to ensure accurate order processing.
- Experience working with order management and CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce.com and Oracle 11i, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The annual salary range for this role is $50,000.00 CAD – $61,000.00 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
