This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution across multiple functional domains, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and transformation goals. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to enable seamless delivery, foster innovation, and ensure high-quality outcomes that support McCain's digital future. This is a 6-month contract position that has the flexibility to be based out of Toronto, Ontario or Florenceville, New Brunswick.

What you'll be doing.
- Partner with business, process, functional, and digital technology stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and align on key decisions using McCain frameworks and tools
- Plan, execute, and govern S/4HANA configuration activities to support business transformation requirements
- Support organizational change management (OCM) initiatives related to the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
- Develop and maintain project plans, progress reports, and status dashboards to ensure transparency and alignment
- Establish scalable best practices and repeatable processes across all phases of the transformation (plan, design, build, test, deploy)
- Utilize project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) to manage timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks
- Align OCM plans with program timelines and address interdependencies across workstreams
- Support program leadership by managing stakeholder relationships and driving timely escalation and resolution of risks and issues
- Lead daily project activities, including team coordination, status meetings, and working sessions
- Ensure third-party partners meet contractual obligations and deliverables
- Manage financials and resource allocation for assigned workstreams using McCain tools and frameworks
What you'll need to be successful.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP implementations, including at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation
- Proven experience as a Functional Project Manager in a global SAP S/4HANA program
- PMP and/or SAP Activate Project Manager certification preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Solid understanding of SAP technologies and global delivery models
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
