As McCain continues its global SAP S/4HANA business transformation, the S/4 Testing & Cutover Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring successful program execution. Reporting to the Sr. Program Manager, S/4HANA, this role leads the planning, coordination, execution, and governance of testing and cutover activities across a complex, global ERP implementation.
This role partners closely with business, functional, technical, data, and system integrator (SI) teams to ensure readiness, quality, and seamless transition into production-embracing a business transformation mindset while applying strong project management discipline.

About the role.

What you'll be doing.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of SAP S/4HANA testing and cutover activities across global workstreams
- Define and manage testing scope, timelines, dependencies, and governance across all testing cycles (TUT, FUT, SIT, UAT)
- Coordinate deployment of testing strategies, tools, and processes, including HP ALM readiness and execution
- Drive development, execution, and governance of cutover plans, dress rehearsals, and production cutover
- Monitor progress through structured reporting, dashboards, and status updates, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to maintain committed timelines
- Partner with OCM teams to align change activities with testing and cutover milestones
- Facilitate effective collaboration across business, Digital Technology, and SI partners to ensure contractual and delivery expectations are met
- Support program and PMO leadership with stakeholder communication, financial tracking, and resource management
What you'll need to be successful.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP implementations, including at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation
- Demonstrated experience leading testing and cutover activities for a global SAP S/4HANA program
- Proven ability to project manage large-scale, complex ERP initiatives across multiple regions
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- PMP and/or SAP Activate Project Manager certification strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as Jira
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience working in global delivery environments and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an asset
