About the Role


Responsibilities:

  • Support the transition of the Technology Risk Reporting team’s organizational structure
  • Prioritize and manage KRI change requests received from Business SMEs
  • Run requirements workshops pertaining to creating new or enhanced Key Risk Indicators, and/or to changing/enhancing KRI reporting mechanisms
  • Act as liaison between Business SMEs, Executives, and technical teams to deliver KRI changes and obtain necessary approvals
  • Identify shortfalls in existing Technology KRIs and support continuous improvement of KRI definitions, calculations, and reporting practices
  • Manage technical team’s workload using Agile project management methodologies
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy and reporting dashboards

Must haves:

  • Five years working as a consultant in risk, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Risk management acumen
  • Robust stakeholder management capabilities to manage expectations and ensure robust communication and escalation mechanisms are in place
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs to technical team members to effectively deliver required changes
  • Experience working with Agile methodology tools – Jira and Confluence

Nice to haves:

  • Familiarity working with technology risk management in financial services
  • Risk reporting experience, including working with reporting tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and technology risks and controls
  • Data analysis and data quality assessment skills
  • Analyzing and understanding results of technology Key Risk Indicators

Technical capabilities:

  • Experience using Tableau and/or PowerBI
  • Experience using SQL for data querying and analysis
  • Jira and Confluence
