ROLE PURPOSE:

Support Canada pricing decisions with accurate analysis, governance materials, competitive insight, and implementation tracking that help teams make disciplined, compliant, and profitable pricing choices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain pricing data, price lists, governance trackers, competitive benchmarks, and approval documentation.
  • Analyze price changes, margin impact, customer/channel implications, and competitive response scenarios.
  • Prepare pricing recommendations, decision packs, and stakeholder updates for RGM and commercial leadership.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Commercial Planning, Marketing, Supply, and customer teams to validate assumptions and implementation requirements.
  • Track pricing execution, leakage, exceptions, risks, and performance after implementation.
  • Support AOP pricing building blocks and scenario modeling.
  • Improve pricing process documentation, accuracy, and governance discipline.

Key Outputs:

  • Pricing analyses, models, and decision packs.
  • Updated price lists, competitive benchmarks, and governance trackers.
  • AOP pricing inputs and scenario outputs.
  • Implementation status reports and post-change performance reviews.
  • Process documentation and issue/risk logs.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 2+ years of pricing, finance, analytics, revenue management, sales operations, or commercial analysis experience.
  • Strong Excel/modeling, data accuracy, and analytical reasoning skills.
  • Understanding of price architecture, margin, customer economics, and approval governance preferred.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and sensitive commercial information.
  • Detail-oriented communicator with strong follow-through.
