Provide category management support for chain retail customers using shopper, category, assortment, space, and performance insights. Develop planogram and assortment recommendations, build customer-facing selling stories and presentations, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, partner with KAMs and cross-functional teams, track implementation impact, and stay current on retail and regulatory changes.

Partner with commercial teams to drive performance, forecasting, and decision-making. Lead national forecasting, finance-led S&OP, M&E governance, and efficiency initiatives (SLOBS, discounts, allocations). Provide data-led insights to improve net sales, gross profit and market share while influencing stakeholders and managing opportunity and risk against financial objectives.
