Lead Canada marketing operations: build operating routines, calendars, budget discipline, governance, and cross-functional coordination. Lead keg warehousing, distribution, returns and draft line servicing for Ontario. Manage 15+ drivers, technicians and clerks, ensure safety/compliance, optimize routes and fleet, drive OTIF performance, continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Provide commercial finance support and insights to business stakeholders, build relationships, apply general business and finance knowledge, solve routine problems within established guidelines, and act as an individual contributor to support financial performance and reporting.
